If you are running Customer Contact ™ on your system and want to upgrade to BusinessTracker ™, you can easily do so without losing any information.

1. Synchronize Customer Contact ™ with the server.

2. If you do not work from a server, backup the file 'CONTACT.mdb' which should be located in the folder where Customer Contact ™is installed.

3. Install BusinessTracker ™.

4. Create a replica or if you do not work from a server, click on  ‘Do not create a replica. I do not work from a network’.

4. If you do not work from a server, restore the file 'CONTACT.mdb' to the folder where BusinessTracker ™ was installed.

5. Copy your letterhead from the folder where Customer Contact ™ is installed to the folder where BusinessTracker ™ is installed

6. Uninstall Customer Contact ™.
